Each year, the Nominating Committee selects individual members for the candidate slate, which is approved by the current Board of Directors. APEX Members vote for Directors via an electronic ballot sent to each designated voting member (one individual per company). The ballot is open for a period of two weeks.
The new Board of Directors is announced each year during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) during the APEX EXPO.
