Best Achievement in Technology

The award for Best Achievement in Technology recognizes a specific achievement successfully implemented by an airline or vendor member.

To qualify for this award, the achievment must be innovative, sustainable and of technical benefit to the passenger or the airline. It will receive additional merit if the achievment also benefits the industry as a whole.

Member companies wishing to participate must submit a 1,000-word description of the achievment, along with the downloadable form (coming soon). The submission may be accompanied by no more than three JPEG images, if relevant. Entries are judged by an industry panel comprised of representatives from every part of the airline passenger experience community: airline, hardware, software, distributor, lab and service company.
