As you know, the Passenger Choice Awards recognition program has been expanded to encompass the total passenger experience - from ticket purchase to baggage claim - and has moved to a year-round voting approach.
Member airlines are asked to invite customers to vote online at www.PassengerChoiceAwards.com through 30 June 2013 for the 2013 awards cycle. (The survey will immediately open 1 July 2013 for the 2014 awards cycle).
We are asking the airlines to distribute information about the Passenger Choice Awards to its passenger database, through social media, via print collateral and the website using the logos, collateral and ads provided via the links below.
