APEX to Launch New Magazine in August

The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) is re-launching the association’s quarterly magazine and is delighted to announce that it will make its much anticipated launch this August, in time for the APEX 2011 EXPO being held in Seattle, 12 – 15 September 2011.

Ink has been selected by APEX to produce the magazine and other related APEX media, and Jonathan Norris has been appointed  Executive Director and Editor-in-Chief.

“Some of you will already know me as I’m currently on the APEX Board of Directors and I also chair the APEX Technology Committee. Passenger expectations, and therefore their experiences, are changing dramatically and I am delighted to be bringing my industry knowledge, experience and energy to help APEX shape the future of the industry,” said Norris.

In addition to print and electronic versions of the magazine, Ink will be responsible for much of the APEX media platform, including the bi-monthly APEXnews Digest, the APEX 2011 EXPO daily conference publication, the establishment of a magazine blog and associated social media channels.
