APEX Insight: This year’s sold-out APEX MultiMedia Market means that each distributor with an appointment booth will meet up to 40 different buyers.
APEX MultiMedia Market, the airline industry’s premier content conference, kicked off today in Paris. The event brings together airlines, content service providers (CSPs) and distributors offering a range of new and acclaimed TV, movie, games, app and audio content options. As an exclusive, community-driven marketplace, this year’s event has a sold-out exhibit hall, with 40 appointment booths and 15 non-appointment booths, attracting over 220 global industry professionals.
“APEX Multimedia Market offers immense value to content producers and distributors who want to maximize their time and meet as many airline content buyers as possible over two days,” said APEX CEO Joe Leader. “Our sold-out appointment schedule means that each distributor with an appointment booth will meet up to 40 different buyers, and each buyer group in the appointment program will discover the catalogues of up to 40 different studios and distributors. This year’s event boasts representation from leading Hollywood studios, prime-time TV networks, news and educational producers, sports broadcasting networks, the most exciting Bollywood distributors and dozens of other international entertainment regions including the Far East, Africa and Latin America.”
