In a break from tradition due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 14th annual Crystal Cabin Award Ceremony was hosted virtually on YouTube.

Following a keynote session with Dr, Mark Hiller, CEO at Recaro; Karen Brock Amoah, VP Strategic Planning & Business Development at SIMONA AMERICA Group; and Andrew Litavis, Product Innovation, JetBlue, in which the three participants explored the impact of the pandemic on their companies and the broader industry, the ceremony began in earnest.
