During APEX TECH, Delta Air Lines' Managing Director of Customer Experience for Delta Studio & Wi-Fi Ekrem Dimbiloglu highlighted the successes of its Delta Sync IFEC platform, which offers free Wi-Fi to SkyMiles members. Since Delta Sync launched 14 months ago, SkyMiles has attracted two million new members, many of whom are younger than its traditional loyalty program members. The Delta Sync platform provides subscription-free access to Paramount+ that is available 24 hours before and after a flight.
