From October 19, Singapore will allow passengers on designated flights from nine countries including Canada, the UK and the US to enter without having to quarantine. Those coming from South Korea will be exempt from quarantine from November 19. The country is also halving the number of COVID-19 tests vaccinated travelers must take from four to two.
