Egret Opens Dallas Office, Eyes Rapid Growth

Catering trolleys and containers manufacturer Egret opened an office in Dallas, Texas, as part of a push into the American market. The company, headquartered in Suzhou, China, is the second largest supplier of galley carts in the industry. The US warehouse will speed up shipping of hardware to airlines and will stock a large variety of components, reducing custom-build lead times. “Galley equipment is obviously a key part of any airline’s daily operation. It can also be a huge headache for airlines, when parts or spare equipment is not available,” said Fran Hume, Egret’s director of Business, Americas.
