Thank you for your commitment of the 2023 APEX Global EXPO. As your organization secured your exhibit space with APEX early, you have access to the following legacy pricing. The terms and conditions below apply.
Legacy Pricing is available to previous exhibitors prior to 31 December 2023.
Standard Pricing applies beginning 1 January 2024.

PAYMENT TERMS
31 December 2023
50% payment MUST be paid and received by APEX to secure space before standard rates are activated.
1 January 2024
Standard rates are activated. 50% payment is due upon contract signature and must be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
15 March 2024
100% payment is due upon contract signature and must be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice. If invoice is not paid in full, your booth location will be forfeited.
16 March 2024
For booth space booked on or after 16 March 2024, 100% payment is due upon contract signature and must be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice. If invoice is not paid in full, your booth location will be forfeited.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
If cancelling or reducing space by 15 March 2024, a cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted total amount due will apply.
If cancelling or reducing space on or after 16 March 2024, a cancellation fee of 100% of the contracted total amount due will apply.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
2024 membership dues must be paid by 31 January 2024 or your booth location will be forfeited.
No access to the show floor or set-up will be permitted without payment in full for booth space.
All outstanding invoices on accounts must be paid in full or your preferred booth location will be forfeited.
