EVA Air has teamed up with Maison Kitsuné to bring a fresh look and feel to the amenities on offer in Royal Laurel Class on long-haul routes. The new business-class amenity kits and sleepwear, curated and supplied by FORMIA, launched on October 3 alongside the carrier’s new Taoyuan–Dallas Fort Worth flights.
A Lifestyle Brand Takes Flight
French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné aims to blend fashion, music, café culture, and creativity into an identity that feels both global and personal. The brand conveys mood through texture, color, and cultural references rather than prominent branding, which allows its products to enhance the premium feel in EVA Air’s business-class cabin without overpowering it.
“Collaborating with EVA Air and FORMIA lets us […] transform travel into something that feels both personal and inspiring.”
– Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, Maison Kitsuné
The collaboration centers on two amenity kit styles designed exclusively for Royal Laurel Class: a compact crossbody bag and a classic monogram pouch. Each kit includes lip balm, lotion, hydrating facial mist, a cable organizer, and a foldable eco-bag, all chosen to support modern travel habits. FORMIA balanced practicality with a clean visual identity to create items that feel purposeful, stylish, and consistent with the Maison Kitsuné aesthetic.

The sleepwear program includes pajamas in three sizes and two colorways, made with fabric that contains 50 per cent recycled materials. Black and light green palettes tie back to Maison Kitsuné’s understated design language, and its fox motif appears as a subtle accent. EVA Air selected materials that feel soft and breathable, ensuring comfort during overnight flights and reinforcing the airline’s focus on rest and relaxation. Furthermore, the color palette and textures align with EVA Air’s cabin design strategy, which favors calm tones and a modern, uncluttered feel.
EVA Air President Clay Sun said, “We are proud to work with Maison Kitsuné and FORMIA to bring new energy to our Royal Laurel Class experience. This collaboration reflects our commitment to providing passengers with the quality and comfort of the world’s best brands.”

Maison Kitsuné co-founders Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki said the partnership with EVA Air extends their creative world into a new environment. “Maison Kitsuné has always been about curating atmosphere, blending cultures, creativity, and everyday experiences,” they said. “Collaborating with EVA Air and FORMIA lets us extend that spirit into the air, transforming travel into something that feels both personal and inspiring.”

FORMIA guided the translation of the brand’s aesthetic into products suited for long-haul flying. The company specializes in building partnerships that help airlines convey stories through amenities and recognized the potential of pairing EVA Air’s premium identity with Maison Kitsuné’s global outlook. FORMIA CEO and Managing Partner Roland Grohmann explained, “Working with EVA Air and Maison Kitsuné has been about translating creativity into thoughtful design, ensuring every detail reflects the quality, style, and emotion that define both brands.”
Design That Elevates the Long-Haul Journey

EVA Air has built its reputation on comfort, reliability, and thoughtful long-haul service, with Royal Laurel Class serving at the center of its premium identity. The new Maison Kitsuné partnership strengthens that foundation by introducing a lifestyle-driven collection that feels creative, recognizable, and aligned with the expectations of global travelers. FORMIA’s role ensures the collaboration remains both stylish and practical, allowing EVA Air to express a modern view of travel shaped by design and sustainability.
