APEX Content Market 2026: Banijay Kids & Family Celebrates 25th Anniversary of Totally Spies

At this year’s APEX Content Market in Dubai, children’s entertainment producers Banijay Kids & Family is marking the 25th anniversary of animated series Totally Spies. Produced by Zodiak Kids & Family France, part of Banijay Kids & Family, the show follows three female leads, Alex, Clover, and Sam, on their globe-trotting adventures.
Totally Spies first debuted in 2001 and, following a successful reboot in 2024 after an 11-year hiatus, will return with an all-new eighth season this year. In addition, the brand will celebrate one of four themes – style, gadgets, globe-trotting adventures, and friendship – both online and in real life during each quarter of 2026.

Banijay Kids & Family said the celebrations will unfold across digital platforms and through creative collaborations that bring the Spies’ universe to life. Already confirmed are partnerships with Osan Optics, which will launch a sleek sunglasses range inspired by the Spies’ iconic looks; Youtooz, which will deliver s collectible plush to capture the characters’ charm; Chaks, which will offer stylish dress-up for fans; and Hachette Heroes, which will invite fans to dive into the world of espionage with a creative coloring book.

During its 25-year-history, Totally Spies has been licensed to several global airlines. Banijay Kids & Family continues to license all seven seasons of the show to the in-flight market. Each season contains 26 30-minute episodes. Season eight will be available from September 2026.
