Industry Exploration: Onboard Services

Paul Mills will be sharing his perspective on Inflight Service throughout the pandemic. During the last year, Paul and his team have evolved the onboard proposition regularly, starting very cautiously as the risk of Covid was not fully understood, but then giving back to customers as much as possible while looking after their health. Paul will also share what he believes are the key themes that will determine the future of Inflight Service (Sustainability, Health & Wellness, Personalization, and Digital) and what he and his team are currently focused on in relation to these key themes.

This session will also feature a discussion on an aspect of sustainability, an APEX/IFSA Board of Governors priority. A high-level government affairs overview on Single-Use Plastics (SUP) from U.S. and EU perspectives will be shared.
