LONG BEACH, CA (21 September 2023) – After a very successful APEX/IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach, California USA, the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) announced its 2023-24 Board of Directors during their Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board of Directors, elected by APEX members, consists of dedicated volunteers from airlines, alliances, airports, lessors, and supplier member companies. These committed members contribute their distinct insights and extensive experiences to meet the needs of the association and of the industry.
“As we welcome the new members of the APEX Board of Directors, I am excited and inspired by the caliber of talent joining our leadership team,” said Lauren Costello, APEX Executive Director. “The expertise and dedication of these individuals, and those that they join on the Board, will be essential to the association’s success and will help to push APEX to even greater heights.”
Members who were elected to the 2023-2024 APEX Board include Directors: Estibaliz Asiain, Anuvu; Mustafa Mucahitoglu, Turkish Airlines; and Ingo Wuggetzer, Airbus. Esdra Lamy, Warner Bros. Discovery was re-elected to the Board. 2022-23 Board members in newly elected roles include President: Perry Cantarutti, Delta Air Lines; Vice President: Alison Taylor, American Airlines; Secretary: Maura Chacko, Spafax.
These Board members join Treasurer: Zina Neophytou, BBC Studios; President Emeritus: Anton Vidgen, Riyadh Air; Directors: David Kondo, Finnair; and Jonas von Kruechten, AERQ.
