2025 APEX Best™ Award Winners Announced at APEX FTE EMEA Conference in Dublin

DUBLIN, IRELAND (11 June 2025) – Top regional airlines were recognized by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) for their outstanding service during the FTE & APEX Awards Ceremony at the APEX FTE EMEA Conference in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday, 11 June. The 2025 APEX Best Airline Awards highlight the top-performing airlines from Africa, Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East, selected directly by millions of travelers worldwide for delivering passenger experience excellence across key areas including Cabin Service, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Seat Comfort, and Wi-Fi.

The awards are powered by passenger insights gathered via TripIt® from Concur®, the top-rated travel organizing app, where millions of users anonymously rate their flights on a five-star scale. Evaluation covers five subcategories: cabin service, food and beverage, seating comfort, entertainment, and Wi-Fi. With input from nearly 600 airlines worldwide, the 2025 APEX Best™ Awards represent a purely passenger-driven honor based on 100% neutral, third-party feedback.
