APEX CELEBRATES ASIA AND SOUTH PACIFIC TOP AIRLINES 

‎2026 APEX Best™ Awards Honored in Singapore at APEX FTE Asia Expo

SINGAPORE (12 November 2025) – APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) revealed the 2026 APEX Best™ Awards recipients in Singapore during APEX FTE Asia Expo 2025, the region’s premier event focused on innovation and advancing the passenger experience. Airlines representing Central Asia, Eastern Asia, Greater China, and the South Pacific were recognized for outstanding achievements in enhancing the passenger experience across five core categories: Best Overall, Cabin Service, Food & Beverage, Seat Comfort, and Wi-Fi. The Food & Beverage category is presented in partnership with IFSA (International Flight Services Association).

The APEX Best™Airline Awards stand apart as one of the most trusted accolades in aviation, based entirely in independent passenger feedback. Through APEX’s exclusive partnership with TripIt® from Concur®, travelers provide verified ratings on more than one million flights operated by nearly 600 airlines worldwide. Passengers use a simple five-star system via a single-screen review process that covers the five key categories; taking just seconds to complete. This process captures an authentic snapshot of passenger sentiment, guaranteeing these awards truly reflect the voice of travelers across Asia and the South Pacific.

As part of APEX’s continued commitment to the Asia and South Pacific region, APEX Global EXPO will be hosted in Singapore next year as APEX FTE EXPO in Asia, highlighting the importance of fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration within one of the world’s most dynamic aviation markets across the Future Travel Experience.
