LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA (31 October 2024) – The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) has announced its 2024-25 Board of Directors during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at APEX Global EXPO in Long Beach, California USA. At the 2024 AGM, the association’s officers, directors, and members gathered to discuss operational, financial, and strategic updates to its members. The meeting also included the election of the Board of Directors, a devoted group of volunteers from member companies.

Their combined expertise and dedication will be invaluable as we advance the association’s mission,” said Lauren Costello, APEX Executive Director. “With the support of this exceptional team, APEX is well-prepared to navigate industry challenges and create a future where air travel is not only safe and efficient but also a truly exceptional experience for all passengers.”
Members who were elected to the 2024-2025 APEX Board include Director Xia Cai (Qatar Airways). David Kondo (Austrian Airlines) and Jonas von Kruechten (Siden) were re-elected to the APEX Board.
