LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA (30 October 2024) – The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and the International Flight Services Association (IFSA) rewarded innovation and achievement in passenger experience among its members with the APEX/IFSA Awards at its 2025 APEX/IFSA Awards Ceremony today.
The APEX / IFSA Awards recognize specific new achievements and innovations that were successfully implemented in the past year by any member of both organizations. A panel of judges comprised of current APEX/IFSA members review and score all submissions to determine finalists. Finalists will move on to a second round of judging either via teleconference or in-person at EXPO featuring a panel of media and/or member judges.
The winners and finalists of the five categories are as follows:
2025 APEX AWARD WINNERS:
- JSX – Innovation Award for Best Inflight Connectivity
- Lufthansa – Innovation Award for Best Inflight Entertainment
2025 APEX/IFSA AWARD WINNER:
- Qatar Airways – Innovation Award for Best Cabin
2025 IFSA AWARD WINNERS:
- Virgin Atlantic – Best Inflight Food or Beverage
- Delta Air Lines with Formia – Best Onboard Amenity
