Winners of the 2024 APEX Best Airline Awards for In-Flight Excellence Recognized in Dublin 

DUBLIN, IRELAND (12 June 2024) – The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) unveiled the regional airline winners of the 2024 APEX Best Airline Awards during the FTE & APEX Awards Ceremony at the FTE EMEA Conference in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday, 12 June. The prestigious regional awards, voted on by millions of global passengers, honored airlines from Africa, Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East for exceptional passenger experiences in Cabin Service, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Seat Comfort, and Wi-Fi.  

“The APEX Best Airline Awards, voted on independently by over one million passenger trips via TripIt, are considered a shining beacon of excellence within the industry. Through the association’s partnership with TripIt® from Concur®, the world’s highest-rated travel organizing app, passengers anonymously rate airlines using a five-star scale and provide ratings in five subcategories: cabin service, food and beverage, seat comfort, entertainment, and Wi-Fi. This makes the APEX Best Airline Awards an esteemed honor that’s based 100% on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and input collected from nearly 600 airlines from around the world.
