Actor William Shatner has recorded a message for airlines about his latest film, Senior Moment, on behalf of distributor Terry Steiner International.

Actor William Shatner, who is perhaps best known for his role as Captain James T. Kirk in Star Trek, has recorded a special video message for airlines explaining why they should include his latest picture, Senior Moment, in their upcoming in-flight entertainment line-ups.

“I’ve got this funny, touching film called Senior Moment with Christopher Lloyd and Jean Smart. It’s a wonderful, loving film and your audience will enjoy it. I hope you’ll book it on your airline soon,” Shatner says to the camera.

“People need to laugh now more than ever, and William Shatner is one of the funniest actors around,” commented Terry Steiner, president at Terry Steiner International. “It’s really wonderful that a star as big as Bill Shatner is thinking about airline passengers and the value of the airline segment when it comes to film distribution. We’re very grateful for his support
and are excited to be able to offer this film to the in-flight market.”

Senior Moment follows the story of retired NASA test pilot Victor (William Shatner), who loses his driver’s license after drag-racing his vintage convertible around Palm Springs. Forced to take public transportation, he meets Caroline (Jean Smart) and learns to navigate love and life again.

Directed by Giorgio Serafini, Terry Steiner International believes Senior Moment, is just the kind of light-hearted romantic comedy to help passengers relax into their flight and forget about the stress of travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. It can be scheduled now and become available to view on board from August 1.
