Galileo Watermark to Deliver New Non-Slip Trays to United Airlines

Galileo Watermark has designed and manufactured new full- and half-size service trays for United Airlines’ cabin crew. Made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polycarbonate chrome instead of traditional plastics or stainless steel, each new tray will save over 800 grams in weight compared to those currently flying.
The surface benefits from easy-handling and non-slip features to make spills less likely, therefore contributing to a safer aircraft cabin. After a year of design, prototyping and testing, Galileo Watermark says deployment of the silver and black trays is imminent.
