IFPL Stages Impromptu Search Party at the APEX/IFSA EXPO

The question on everyone’s lips around the IFPL booth at the 2014 APEX/IFSA EXPO was: “Where’s Geoff?” It became such a popular debate that the IFPL team in Anaheim posted a map in their booth and asked delegates to guess where managing director, Geoff Underwood might be.
It was finally revealed that reason for Geoff’s EXPO absence was that IFPL was the 2014 winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade. Geoff was busy at the IFPL office on the Isle of Wight giving the Duke of Kent an office tour and accepting this prestigious award on behalf of the company. This is the second time that the international design and manufacturing company has won this award, being previous winners in 2008.

Those members of the team that were in Anaheim for the EXPO toasted Geoff and the Duke of Kent, who rumor has it is a real techy, with a Pimms and lemonade from their EXPO booth.
“We’ve had an amazing EXPO,” said Mark Reed, Business Development engineer for IFPL. “The buzz around the booth and the excitement of the award has kept us very busy this year and having everyone guess where Geoff was, was a great game!”
