      [PHOTOS] Regional Passenger Choice Award Winners for South America Announced at APEX TECH

      On day one of APEX TECH at the LAX Marriott in Los Angeles, the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) announced the winners of its regional 2019 Passenger Choice Awards (PCAs) for South America. LATAM Airlines took home five awards, Avianca won two awards and GOL won one award.

      The regional winners were selected based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback via the Official Airline Ratings (OAR). Additionally, LATAM was recognized as a “Five Star Global Airline,” while Avianca received recognition as a “Five Star Major Regional Airline.”
