Retail and technology solutions provider for the travel industry Retail inMotion has announced that Fi Logan-Wyeth took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in July.
The appointment completes the company’s executive leadership team, which was also expanded to include Csaba Papp as Chief Operating Officer and Jan-Hendrik Lendholt as Chief Technology Officer last year.
Logan-Wyeth joins the company from global food and beverage operator SSP Group plc, having held the role of SSP Ireland’s Managing Director for the past three years. She has a wealth of experience in commercial operations, business development and customer-led brand development as well as expertise in the retail, hospitality and aviation sectors.
Retail inMotion CEO John Moriarty said, “With proven expertise in building solid relationships to drive growth, we are confident that Fi will bring a unique focus and energy to the team, driving our commercial ambitions over the coming years.”
The company recently strengthened its 15-year relationship with Ryanair in the form of a renewed five-year contract covering onboard retail product, distribution and technology. The airline’s complex supply chain includes over 90 bases supplying over 618 aircraft.
On the deal, Moriarty commented, “We continue to support Ryanair’s complex operations, explore sustainable packaging solutions aligned to its industry leading sustainability goals and actively expand its product portfolio to improve passenger experience.”
Retail inMotion’s other clients include Discover Airlines and Aer Lingus.
Fi Logan-Wyeth will be attending the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach from September 9-11 with the Retail inMotion team, who will be located at Booth 1237.
