Inspired by Virgin and Nest’s April Fool’s Day prank video “Total Temperature Control,” here are some more of our imagined climate control settings:

Far-fetched you say? OK maybe we went too far with the precipitation bit, but according to Josh Kornfeld, president of interaction design studio Tactile, “The Virgin/Nest video is very well done [and] practically speaking, in first class and business class seats, there actually is enough room to do this.”
This is exciting news for many travelers but until we can select “Santiago Sunset” we’ll continue to wear layers and shine the reading light in our face for a similar effect!
