APEX Insight: The Seamless Air Alliance co-located its inaugural members’ meeting with the APEX TECH June 2018 conference in Los Angeles; it also sponsored the event. 

The Seamless Air Alliance was officially launched at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona earlier this year to enhance in-flight connectivity by extending passengers’ ground-based mobile internet experience.

Founding members Airbus, Delta Air Lines, OneWeb, Sprint, and Bharti Airtel (Airtel) are now working to provide seamless, high-speed, high-quality connectivity that utilizes a low-latency satellite network.

CEO of the Seamless Air Alliance Jack Mandala and vice-chair Hampton Haucke spoke with APEX Media director Maryann Simson during APEX TECH to explain their future plans.
