Clarissa Sebastian leads the Premium Customer Experience team as managing director, ‎where she is responsible for American’s lounge and inflight product development, ‎including entertainment and connectivity. Clarissa also plays a critical role in Clean ‎Commitment iniatives, a program that has quickly evolved as a pilar of American’s ‎pledge to the health of customers and team members. ‎ Previously, Clarissa served as director, for American’s Small and Medium Business ‎Products, where she was responsible for 3.5B in corporate and agency business, along ‎with lead generation strategy for all B2B customer segments. Clarissa also held several ‎roles in Alliances & Partnerships, where she led American’s interests in the Pacific Joint ‎Business with Japan Airlines, and in the Qantas American Joint Business, along with ‎other partnerships in Europe, India and the Middle East. ‎ In her 12 years at American, Clarissa held poditions in Corporate Purchasing, Cargo and ‎Corporate Planning, where she led the budget with Boeing and collaborated with teams ‎across American on the configuration of the 777-300 aircraft. ‎ Clarissa holds an International Relations degree from St. Edwards University in Austin, ‎and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Texas Christian University. She lives in ‎Colleyville with her husband Keith and two daughters.‎
