Share

American Airlines is refreshing its premium lounge experience this fall with a new lineup of seasonal dishes across its Flagship and Admirals Club lounges. The airport-specific menus introduce regionally inspired meals and customizable options, from Florida snapper ceviche in Miami to a build-your-own barbacoa taco bar at several Admirals Club locations. The update continues American’s seasonal approach to food and beverage as part of its premium ground experience.
Fall Menus Bring New Flavors Across the Network
American Airlines’ fall menu update introduces a range of new dishes across its Flagship and Admirals Club lounge network, with regionally inspired flavors and airport-specific offerings. The refreshed lineup gives travelers different dining options across the network, from chicken adobo in Dallas to Florida snapper ceviche in Miami and a build-your-own beef barbacoa taco bar in several Admirals Club locations.
Flagship Lounge customers in Dallas will find chicken adobo on the menu, while Philadelphia will offer truffle arancini with Parmesan fondue. In Miami, the seasonal selection includes Florida snapper ceviche.
The Admirals Club rollout reaches a broader group of airports. Chicago, Denver, and St. Louis will feature a build-your-own beef barbacoa taco bar, allowing travelers to customize their meal before departure.

On the West Coast, Admirals Clubs in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, and Phoenix will serve sesame orange-glazed chicken. In the New York area, lounges at JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark will add Creole-style chicken served over rustic white bean cassoulet.
The airport-specific approach gives repeat lounge visitors more variety across American’s network. Rather than encountering the same food selection at each stop, passengers can expect different options depending on the airport they travel through, while customizable offerings such as the barbacoa taco bar give travelers more control over their meal before boarding.
The fall rollout follows American’s spring refresh, when the airline introduced another round of seasonal dishes across its Flagship and Admirals Club lounges. That update included regionally tailored items ranging from braised short rib in Los Angeles to chilled carrot and coconut soup in Chicago, alongside lighter and customizable options in Admirals Clubs.
Lounge Dining Extends the Preflight Experience
The seasonal menus complement other dining options already available in American’s Flagship Lounges. In Dallas and Miami, eligible customers can also use American’s Flagship Dining experience, while Flagship Lounge guests can order select freshly prepared dishes using QR codes.
These options give passengers more flexibility before departure. Travelers looking for a quicker meal can select from the lounge spread, while those with more time can order a freshly prepared dish or, where available, use the Flagship Dining experience.
American’s fall update also gives returning passengers something different throughout the year while allowing the airline to tailor its food and beverage offerings to individual markets.
The dishes announced so far represent only part of the fall rollout. American said additional seasonal offerings will arrive across its Flagship and Admirals Club network throughout September and October.
