LOT Polish Airlines has introduced the third edition of its “Michelin-Starred Flavors in LOT Business Class” program, offering passengers a new menu created by Chef Przemek Sieradzki of the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko, Poland. Available from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, the menu brings regional Polish cuisine to long-haul Business Class flights departing from Warsaw. The initiative reflects LOT’s continued investment in premium passenger experiences while using onboard dining to promote Polish culture and tourism.
A Michelin-Starred Experience Above the Clouds
Sieradzki’s menu brings the flavors of southern Poland into LOT’s long-haul Business Class cabin, with four main courses that blend regional ingredients and contemporary techniques.
The menu includes butter-confit rainbow trout with truffle sauce, vegetarian pierogi with cabbage and morels, slow-cooked lamb with Kampot pepper, and braised beef short rib with celeriac and Bordelaise sauce.
Travelers can choose from the four entrées, including a vegetarian option, but must order their preferred main course at least 24 hours before departure. They can make selections during booking or afterward through LOT’s website, contact center, sales agents, or airport services.

Drawing inspiration from Podhale, a region in southern Poland near the Tatra Mountains, the menu highlights local ingredients and culinary traditions. Sieradzki combines those influences with contemporary cooking techniques to bring restaurant-inspired dishes to passengers traveling internationally.
LOT’s latest collaboration builds on its previous Michelin-starred dining initiatives and the airline’s efforts to strengthen its premium services. LOT Polish Airlines Director of Product Development and Customer Experience Izabela Leszczyńska said the program forms part of the carrier’s efforts to “enhance our onboard offering.”
By working with established Polish chefs, LOT aims to make dining a recognizable part of its Business Class product while introducing passengers to regional ingredients and Polish culinary traditions.
Connecting Passenger Experience With Polish Tourism
LOT developed the latest edition in partnership with the Polish Tourism Organization, a Michelin Guide Partner. The collaboration connects the airline’s international network with Poland’s growing recognition as a culinary destination.
Polish Tourism Organization Marketing and Communication Director Agnieszka Walawender described the partnership as an opportunity to showcase the country’s regional traditions and contemporary gastronomy to international travelers.

For LOT, the collaboration also supports a broader effort to strengthen its Business Class identity while highlighting its Polish heritage. Rather than relying solely on traditional premium cabin amenities, the carrier uses food and culture to give its onboard experience a stronger connection to its home market.
LOT has not disclosed financial results or customer satisfaction data from the program, but the airline has now extended the concept into a third edition.
The third edition will remain available through March 31, 2027, on eligible long-haul Business Class flights departing from Warsaw Chopin Airport.
