Maryann Simson, director of APEX Media, catches up with Inflight VR at APEX MultiMedia Market in Dublin to find out more about a new trial with the company’s third airline customer, Jin Air.

In addition to cementing recent deals with SunExpress and Iberia, Inflight VR is now trialing its virtual reality (VR) headsets on board Korean low-cost carrier Jin Air’s flights between Seoul, South Korea and Da Nang, Vietnam, with a view to deploying the solutions across the airline’s entire fleet.

During APEX MultiMedia Market, director of APEX Media Maryann Simson spoke to Nikolas Jaeger, Inflight VR’s CEO, about the new trial and the kind of content that will be available to Jin Air passengers, as well as how the company is bringing VR in-flight in a way that does not impact passenger safety.
