APEX Insight: During Aviation Festival in London, APEX Media spoke with Linda Jojo, chief digital officer and executive vice-president of Technology at United Airlines, about the importance of “failing fast.”

During the interview, Jojo highlighted the benefits of United’s new “in the moment care” service and spoke about the line between helpful and creepy customer service.  Jojo also discussed how United is preventing the company’s “policy/procedure culture” from affecting the speed and efficiency of its digital strategy.
