At Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) 2026, Anuvu announced an exclusive strategic partnership with VidComply aimed at modernizing how content is screened, localized, and delivered across global markets. The deal brings AI-powered automation into Anuvu’s content workflow, helping simplify one of the most complex parts of in-flight entertainment (IFE) operations.

AI Brings Speed and Scale to Content Compliance

The agreement is centered around VidComply’s AI-powered screening platform, which Anuvu will integrate into its global content operations. The technology is designed to automate time-consuming compliance tasks while improving speed and consistency across the distribution process.

For in-flight entertainment providers, preparing content for global audiences is increasingly complex. Movies, television programs, and short-form media often require edits, localization, and regulatory review before they can be approved for specific regions or airline platforms.

VidComply’s platform focuses on these non-creative workflows. It can automate privacy redaction, brand edits, subtitle and localization checks, and other compliance work that usually takes a lot of manual effort.

This allows Anuvu to process media content faster while still maintaining high quality standards. Instead of relying only on time-consuming manual reviews, the company can combine automation with expert oversight to move content through the pipeline more efficiently.

As airlines expand entertainment libraries and offer more personalized media experiences, the volume of content requiring review continues to rise. AI tools like this help scale operations without sacrificing accuracy or turnaround time.

The partnership also tackles a common challenge in content operations: getting approvals the first time. Delays caused by rejected or incomplete submissions can slow launches and create bottlenecks. By automating checks earlier in the process, Anuvu looks to improve approval rates and reduce costly revisions.

“Partnering with VidComply reinforces our commitment to delivering safe, appropriate, and fully compliant content to global audiences,” said Anuvu Vice President of Global Operations and Technology Kosh Hussain. “As global distribution becomes more complex, this collaboration helps us streamline compliance workflows and deliver high‑quality, audience‑ready content to our airline customers, supported by expert teams in Los Angeles, Dubai, Mumbai, Hong Kong, and Beijing, using VidComply’s AI technology.”

The move reflects a larger trend in aviation media services. Content providers are no longer judged only by the size of their library or studio relationships. More and more, success depends on how efficiently they can deliver approved, market-ready content across different fleets and regions.

Supporting Global Airlines with Faster, Smarter Delivery

For airlines, the benefits go beyond back-end efficiency. Faster content preparation means airlines can update entertainment libraries more quickly, launch regional content faster, and respond more easily to changing passenger preferences.

This is especially important for global airlines flying across multiple markets. One title may need different edits, language options, or compliance standards depending on the route and the passengers onboard.

By combining VidComply’s automation with Anuvu’s operations teams in Los Angeles, Dubai, Mumbai, Hong Kong, and Beijing, the company is creating a hybrid model that blends local expertise with scalable technology.

That matters because compliance is not the same everywhere. Regional standards evolve constantly, and platform requirements can vary by customer. Human oversight remains essential, especially when cultural differences, language context, or legal interpretation are involved.

VidComply CEO and Founder Vladislav Isaev said that changing regulations often create friction in worldwide distribution. “We built VidComply to navigate this dynamic landscape, keeping complex logistics stable, fast, and automated,” he said.

The agreement also strengthens Anuvu’s position as competition grows in the in-flight entertainment sector. Airlines want partners that can manage the full content process, from licensing and curation to localization, technical delivery, and regulatory approval.

Operational speed has become especially valuable as carriers shorten refresh cycles and seek more timely content. New movies, popular TV shows, and regional content lose value if they arrive late. Faster processing helps improve the passenger experience by keeping libraries fresh and relevant.

The partnership could also support more customized content strategies in the future. As airlines tailor entertainment by route, language needs, or passenger demand, providers need systems that can manage more versions of more titles at greater speed. In that environment, automation becomes essential.
