QuiverTree Media, which launched a year ago as a spin-off of Immfly’s content and advertising solutions and already provides services in-flight entertainment services for Air Nostrum, Binter and Iberia Express, has added another Spanish airline to its client list.

Long-haul Spanish carrier World2Fly, which launched in 2020, has chosen QuiverTree Media as the content service provider (CSP) for the in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems in operation across its fleet. These include a mix of overhead screens, seatback Safran Rave Centric screens and a wireless in-flight entertainment platform.

As a result, World2Fly passengers will be able to enjoy content including the latest movie releases from big Hollywood studios, TV shows, interactive games, audiobooks and podcasts, international press and more.

World2Fly will also use playlists specially curated by QuiverTree Media for its cabin music when passengers embark and disembark the aircraft. The company’s music selection covers well-known radio hits mixed with new music from emerging artists.

“We will help position World2Fly as a provider of the latest in customer experience,” said QuiverTree Media’s CEO, Guillem Gassó. “The confidence new airlines like World2Fly place in QuiverTree Media as they launch their services and grow their fleet, in addition to the established airlines we serve that are looking to upgrade and optimize their IFE experience, are enabling us to accelerate our growth and showcase the excellent services we provide.”

QuiverTree Media was recently selected as the CSP for Spanish airline Binter’s wireless IFE platform, and is providing the carrier with local content from suppliers such as ARTESMEDIA as well as Hollywood blockbusters.

Earlier this year, the company also announced a content partnership with Audible to offer passengers access to audiobooks, podcasts and more. It has also teamed up with ikonoTV, the world’s first art streaming platform, to provide access to content from worldwide collections, archives, galleries and museums in-flight.
