The 11th annual Crystal Cabin Award ceremony was held last night at the historic Hotel Atlantic Kempinski, and hosted by director of APEX Media, Maryann Simson. The award show, an initiative by Hamburg Aviation, was more international than ever, with 85 submissions from 21 countries.

The Cabin Concepts category was especially competitive with Delta Air Lines’ Delta One Suite, United Airlines’ Polaris and Bombardier’s C Series all in the running. The trophy went to Delta Air Lines, for creating a first-class experience in the business-class cabin. Attention to details, such as materials, mood lighting and privacy partitions, added to a pleasing passenger experience.
